The long run of incredibly low interest rates has passed and we’re in a time where 4% to 5% rates seem great - THEY ARE!

Is it me or does it seem like housing prices are starting to hold?

I thought that the prices would continue to fall, but now they seem to be doing well.
It’s still a buyers market, but don’t expect miracles
